Can I add my own badge to my number plates?
Yes you may add any badge you like on the plate designer. To do this simply go to 'step 2 - personalisation' and under the 'badge' section select the first option of 'add my badge'. Next please upload your image on the 'add my badge' tab, it will now appear on the plate designer.
Can I cancel or change my order?
No, once your order has been submitted it is automatically processed and printed on our system and too late to change or cancel so please ensure all your details and designs are exactly how you want it to look before making your order.
Can I see a preview of my plate design before purchasing?
Yes, once you have designed your plate in the plate designer section a preview will be shown of how it will look.
Can I track my order?
Yes you can track your order with the code provided when your order is processed. In the top right hand corner of our website please use the 'Track my order' button
Do you offer discount for bulk orders?
Yes we can offer discounts for bulk or trade orders please contact us to discuss.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes we offer a next day signed for and tracked delivery service which can be selected when ordering.
Do you stock all sizes and styles of plates?
Yes we stock all sizes to suit any vehicle/motorbike (including imports) and can be designed to your specification. All sizes are listed on the drop down menu in our 'Step 1 - Plate Information' section.
Does the delivery charge increase if I add more plates to my order?
No, we have one set delivery charge, so no matter what you order, delivery price will remain the same.
How do I pay for my order?
Our site is linked to our secure PayPal account which accepts all major credit/debit cards.
How long will my plates take for delivery?
All orders which are placed before 5:00pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders Shipped on our Standard service will be received within 3-4 working days.
I really want a specific design or certain spacing how do I achieve this?
We can do this no problem at all. We love quirky designs or challenges. Just send us an email with your requirements and we will send proofs for you to confirm before printing or rolling any order to ensure you get what you want.
If I enter multiple spaces, or no spaces in my registration will they be made like that?
Yes your plates will be made exactly how you design them with the specification you enter on the plate designer.
What delivery methods do you offer?
You will be given a choice of standard delivery 2-3 days or next working day special delivery.
What is the cut off time for same day despatch?
All orders received before 5pm will be despatched on the same day.
What is the standard number plate font in the UK?
The standard number plate font in the UK is the STANDARD option on the designer.
What packaging do the plates come in?
Your plates will arrive in custom made bubble number plate envelopes specifically designed to prevent any damage during transit.
